Bill McKenzie Retirement

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that Bill McKenzie has decided to retire on June 2, after 41 years of working for the Co-op.

Bill started his career at the Miniota Hardware store in 1976 and stayed until 1981. After completing Home Centre Manager training, he moved to the Strathclair Co-op to manage their Home Centre. In 1984 Bill moved back to TVC to become the Lumber Manager in Birtle.

He has witnessed many changes over the years in the growth of TVC and has been instrumental in helping with the ongoing success of the Twin Valley Co-op.

He will be busy helping his wife Sandra with their greenhouse and exploring other prospects. He also gets to spend more time with Corey, Rebecca, Kim, Tara and 5 grandkids.

Bill's knowledge of the Home Centre business and his customer service will be hard to replace.

On behalf of Twin Valley Co-op, we wish Bill and family all the best in his well-earned retirement.
